 De Leeuw is a magazine for Dutch speaking expatriates in China and is distributed by the Embassy of the Netherlands and the Embassy of Belgium.

 

THE CHALLENGE
Develop a new visual identity that incorporates the distinct Dutch no-nonsense design style.

 

OUR IDEA
Recreate the magazine’s lay-out with the two lions that represents the union between China, the Netherlands and Belgium.

 

THE RESULT
A revitalised magazine cover and new visual identity that has raised the profile of the Dutch speaking community in China.
